This is Brian's interpretation of a Virginia gun that was found near Owensboro< KY. Some years ago it was featured in an article by Wallace Gusler in Muzzle Blasts magazine. The original was a .52cal. with brass furniture. Brian felt like handforged iron mounts would look better. A happy builder will give you a better gun so the owner went with Brian's ideas. The gun was done as a .54.
